Welcome to my new newsletter! Im so grateful to be writing again.

It’s been a while since we connected but Im thrilled to be back and more excited than ever to share with you the amazing journey my practice is taking.  As I shared a few months ago, after treating thousands of patients in the community setting, I’ve specialized in the last several years in women’s health care including hormones and fertility. 

Acupuncture and Chinese herbs have been found to beautifully regulate menstrual cycles, boosting healthy blood flow to the uterus and supporting so many women on their journey to conceive. They are also powerful tools to balance hormones at any age, bringing vitality and well-being to your life. 

Now, let’s talk about one of THE most underrated self-care practices that can make a world of difference—quality sleep! If you’re brand new or have worked with me for years, you know I can’t stress enough how vital it is for your overall health and happiness. Just one extra hour of sleep per night equals 30 extra hours a month!! Now that my little human is sleeping better this is a top priority for me. Let’s embrace the benefits together!

Each month I’ll be diving into different topics related to women’s healthcare. I’m so excited about the direction my practice is taking. Im passionate about sharing valuable insights and empowering you to take control of your well-being. I continue to see patents for breast thermography as well.

To avoid long wait times for reports, especially during the busy fall season with Breast Cancer Awareness month, I highly recommend scheduling your thermography appointments soon if you’re due in the next few months. Many of you know the wait times can be upwards of 6 weeks once we get into October and beyond. 

Lastly Ive added virtual health coaching to my practice. I have a limited number of spots available. There will be more information regarding this coming to my website soon so stay tuned!
